Shipping policy

Processing Time All lamps are handcrafted individually from scratch after your order is placed. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for your lamp to be completed before it ships. This is not a mass produced product — every piece is made entirely by hand just for you.

Shipping Time Once your lamp is complete and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after the item leaves our workshop.

Order Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your lamp ships.

Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS or USPS depending on your location. All lamps are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.

Damaged Items If your lamp arrives damaged please photograph the damage and the packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
